Gould Paper Corporation (OVOL USA) acquires Shippers’ Resource Center

January 08, 2026 New York, NY: We are pleased to announce that OVOL USA has completed the acquisition of Shippers’ Resource Center, the developer of Shippers Edge, a proven Transportation Management System (TMS) platform with more than 20 years of industry success.

This acquisition represents a significant step forward in diversifying our business in adjacent markets. While OVOL USA had previously utilized Shippers Edge to manage its logistics system, this acquisition will enable us to add the sale of SRC’s logistics system and third-party logistics services to existing and new clients.

As a result, OVOL USA remains committed in providing comprehensive, end-to-end services from wholesale to logistics, thereby strengthening its customer partnerships and enhancing business growth.
