Gould Paper Corporation, a supplier of paper and supply chain solutions, has brought all of its businesses together under one marketing umbrella “JP Gould.” The new brand underscores the collaborative nature of the company’s global supply chain.

Japan Pulp and Paper Company Limited (JP) announces the acquisition of the remaining 49% of the outstanding shares of Gould Paper Corporation (Gould). The acquisition was effected through JP’s consolidated USA subsidiary, Japan Pulp and Paper (U.S.A) Corporation (JPUSA) and makes Gould a wholly owned subsidiary within the JP Group.
